We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States only.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, email us at noscratchbaby@gmail.com and we'll track it down.
30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items.
Because our sleeves are worn in direct contact with your baby's skin, we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. This keeps every product we ship hygienically sound for the next family.
- Window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Unworn, unwashed, original packaging with tags
- Defects: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free — send a photo to noscratchbaby@gmail.com within 14 days
- Return shipping: Customer covers return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error
- Exchanges: Need a different size? We're happy to exchange within the same 30-day window
